J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' is seeking a talented Settlement Accountant to join our team at our KL Eco City Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of financial transactions for our fast-paced logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for settlement with the platform.
• Perform monthly reconciliation with the platform and respond to customer inquiries regarding reconciliation issues.
• Handle daily COD (Cash on Delivery) settlements and submit COD payments; follow up to ensure payments are made within the deadline.
• Review platform compensation data.
• Process adjustment documents for accounts receivable invoices.
• Conduct overall revenue analysis related to the platform.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on platform-related matters.
• Liaise with the platform on financial matters and communicate with both the platform and relevant departments.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Settlement Accountant or in a similar role within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
• Strong understanding of settlement processes, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
