General Ledger Executive - KL Eco City

  • Handle full set of general ledger accounts, including journal entries and monthly closing activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, audit schedules, and tax submissions
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial data integrity
  • Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems for accounting documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general ledger or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (MFRS/IFRS) and financial reporting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
