- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
- Drive and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Partner with business units on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Lead and facilitate the performance management process, ensuring a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Identify HR needs within the business and recommend initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity.
- Support change management efforts and organizational development projects.
- Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR functional teams (e.g., Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver effective HR solutions.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in fast-paced industries such as logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or technology.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
