HR Business Partner (HRBP) - KL Eco City

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
  • Drive and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Partner with business units on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate the performance management process, ensuring a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Identify HR needs within the business and recommend initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity.
  • Support change management efforts and organizational development projects.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR functional teams (e.g., Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with Malaysian labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in fast-paced industries such as logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Business-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
