- Aggressively hunt for new business opportunities in logistics and courier services.
- Identify potential clients in e-commerce, retail, SMEs, and other key sectors.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals like a true sales champion.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in sales — ideally in courier, logistics, transportation, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and present compelling sales materials.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
