We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, manage workforce data, and assist in employee lifecycle processes to ensure smooth and efficient human resource administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily general affairs and administrative operations, ensuring effective support for all departments.
- Manage procurement, allocation, registration, and periodic stocktaking of office supplies, administrative materials, and fixed assets to ensure accuracy and control.
- Supervise and maintain administrative facilities such as offices, staff accommodation, warehouses, and related premises, including coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in formulating, implementing, and improving administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines, and monitor compliance.
- Support administrative budget planning, cost control, and preparation of related reports.
- Manage and liaise with administrative service vendors (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance, leasing), including contract execution and service quality monitoring.
- Coordinate and support company activities, meetings, and internal administrative arrangements.
- Provide timely administrative support and coordination across departments in response to operational needs.
- Assist in handling ad-hoc administrative matters and emergency situations as assigned by management.
- Guide, supervise, and review the daily work of general affairs / administrative staff to ensure efficiency and service quality
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or office management, preferably in a logistics, operations, or fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing administrative operations, facilities, fixed assets, and vendors.
- Familiar with administrative policies, procedures, and basic cost control practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Good organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with administrative systems is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle ad-hoc matters when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
