We are looking for a highly driven Channel Business Development to support the expansion of our parcel locker / parcel station network. This role focuses on partner acquisition, franchise development, and commercial rollout within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, enjoys field work, and is passionate about building offline networks and partnerships in the logistics ecosystem.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute regional expansion strategies based on company targets to achieve parcel station / parcel locker growth objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of franchisees and partner parcel stations within the assigned region.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships with regional partners.
  • Drive the commercial implementation and promotion of parcel station business activities in the region.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure expansion plans are effectively executed on the ground.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in courier & logistics, FMCG offline channel sales, retail distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong execution skills; proactive, down-to-earth, and results-driven with high work commitment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to turn plans into action quickly.
  • Able to work under pressure; possess a valid driving license, able to drive, own a vehicle, and willing to travel frequently.
