Job Description:-

  • A. Quality Monitoring & Audit
  • Monitor key quality indicators such as delivery timeliness, success rate, loss & damage, and complaint rate
  • Conduct regular site audits for outlets
  • Check compliance with SOP and operation process
  • Prepare quality inspection reports and follow up on rectification actions
  • B. Process Compliance & SOP Implementation
  • Ensure all branches and operation teams strictly follow company SOP and quality standards
  • Identify non-compliance behavior and issue corrective action notices
  • C. Problem Analysis & Improvement
  • Investigate operational abnormalities such as missing parcels, delay, damage and misrouting
  • Track corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeated issues

Job Requirements:-

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Quality Management or related field
  • Experience in express/logistics/warehouse/quality role preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Good data analysis and reporting ability
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Familiar with Excel / quality analysis tools
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to travel for site audit when required
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
