Responsibilities :-
- Provide excellent service to existing customers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expand sales channels and actively acquire new clients to increase service usage.
- Promote the company’s transportation and delivery solutions, clearly explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Execute the department’s sales plans and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and field studies to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Monitor the full sales cycle, track sales performance, analyze data, and recommend strategy adjustments based on market changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support customer onboarding.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in sales and the logistics/transportation industry.
- Good market awareness with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients at different levels.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle work pressure while meeting sales targets.
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to perform client visits when required.
