Responsibilities :-

• Conduct system training for users and ensure they understand how to use the system correctly and efficiently.
• Perform on-site system observation and basic research to understand user workflows, issues, and usage scenarios.
• Gather user feedback and identify common problems, and prepare simple improvement suggestions.
• Design, prepare, and update training materials such as SOPs, presentation slides, user guides, and basic training videos.
• Facilitate training sessions with clear explanations, structured guidance, and follow-up support.
• Work closely with project teams and regional stakeholders to support system rollout and post-implementation adoption.
• Collect training feedback and prepare clear reports and improvement proposals for the project team.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify whether system functions meet user requirements.
• Provide basic system support and assist users in resolving simple system-related issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :-

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in any field (IT, Business, or related disciplines are an advantage).
• Basic understanding or interest in system logic, workflows, and user operations (technical background is not required).
• Experience in system training, system rollout, operations support, or business process-related tasks is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, stable, and reliable personality, suitable for training and long-term system support work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing training materials, SOPs, and reports.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, able to work with users from different departments and backgrounds.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required for training.
