Job Description

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks for Gateway operations.
  • Handle shipment documentation, inbound/outbound reports, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth gateway processes.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly gateway reports.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping for all gateway-related documents.

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in logistics/courier gateway operations is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
