Job Description
- Assist in daily administrative tasks for Gateway operations.
- Handle shipment documentation, inbound/outbound reports, and data entry.
- Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth gateway processes.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly gateway reports.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and administrative coordination.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping for all gateway-related documents.
Job Requirements
- Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in logistics/courier gateway operations is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
