Tender Project

Scope of Services: Shall include the following (non-exhaustive):

• Domestic air freight transportation (Peninsular, Sabah, Sarawak);
• Cargo pickup and delivery, cargo handling, and terminal handling;
• Flight booking (charter and scheduled commercial flights);
• Security screening and compliance with CAAM and airport requirements;
• Tracking, documentation, and performance reporting.

Plane Operating Mode: Charter Flight（包机）and Scheduled Commercial Flight（散航）

Volume: Estimated at 170 tons per day. Please refer to the tender documentation for the exact quantities.

Interested parties must meet the following criteria:

1. The company must be legally registered in Malaysia and have a minimum of five (5) years of continuous operation. It must hold a valid Company Registration Certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

[Acceptable legal entities include private limited companies (Sdn. Bhd.), public limited companies (Berhad), or other legally recognized business entities in Malaysia, with a stated business scope that includes freight forwarding or logistics-related activities.]

1. Possess a valid freight forwarding or air cargo license in Malaysia.
2. Minimum paid-up capital of RM500,000.00.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo operations.
4. Proven capability in handling both scheduled and chartered flight cargo.
5. Adequate cargo insurance and liability coverage.
6. The company must provide audited financial statements for the most recent three (3) financial years. In the absence of audited accounts, bank reference letters or other verifiable financial documents may be submitted to demonstrate the company’s financial stability and creditworthiness.

1. The service provider must comply with the Company’s established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
2. The service provider must have the capability to handle customs clearance efficiently at both Kota Kinabalu and Kuching airports.
3. The service provider is expected to ensure quick turnaround times to meet operational deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Scope of Services: Shall include the following (non-exhaustive):

• To provide linehaul transportation services within Penisular Malaysia from 26/5/2025 to 13/6/2025 using truck 5 ton truck, 10 ton truck or trailer

Operating Mode: 

• Full truckload freight (FTL)
• Estimated 107 linehaul route within Penisular Malaysia
• Operating time will differs for each linehaul route

• Must hold a valid and legal Road Transportation Operation Permit.
• Must own vehicles or have stable transportation capacity with vehicles in good condition and all required documents.
• Must have a proven track record of reliable service and safe transportation, with no major breaches or accidents.
• Must accept our company’s risk control and operational management policies and be willing to sign a formal transportation contract.
