1. Applicable only to orders placed via the J&T Express Malaysia App.
2. Promotion is valid every Wednesday during the campaign period only (from 20 May 2026 until 29 July 2026).
3. Applicable only to selected delivery services designated by J&T from time to time. J&T reserves the right to determine eligibility of orders under this promotion. Bulk orders and/or bulk shipment services are excluded.
4. Voucher must be redeemed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of claim. Any unused voucher shall automatically expire thereafter.
5. No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated in the campaign details.
6. Limited to one (1) redemption per user, account, and/or device during each campaign period.
7. Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, campaigns, rebates, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
8. Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
9. Promotion is subject to voucher availability and quota limits on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. J&T reserves the right to disqualify, suspend, or reject any participation or transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity, including the creation of multiple accounts.
11. J&T reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. By participating in this promotion, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of J&T, which shall be final and binding.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
