Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicable to Pickup Point orders within Malaysia only.
  2. Applicable to all domestic services, excluding bulk order and international order services.
  3. Valid every Wednesday from 26 August 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  4. Vouchers may be redeemed during the campaign period but may only be used on Wednesdays between 00:00 and 23:59 (Malaysia Time).
  5. No minimum spend is required.
  6. Vouchers cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, voucher, rebate, or offer.
  7. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. The voucher applies once at checkout and will not be recalculated or adjusted thereafter.
  8. Users must declare the correct parcel weight when placing an order. Shipping charges shall be determined based on the actual chargeable weight.
  9. J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject or cancel any voucher usage and to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  10. J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use, inability to use, cancellation, or expiry of any voucher.
