Job Responsibilities : 

  • Conduct market survey, data analyse and identify and acquires new PCP (Premium Collection Point) partnerships with the clients.
  • Maintain and expand PCP partnerships business opportunities, onboarding new locations.
  • Follow up and monitor the existing daily operational status and solve any issues raise by the regional marketing staff.
  • PCP visitation to ensure the clients are providing the best service and provide business support when required.
  • Involve in brain storming marketing strategies to continuously increase the company revenue.
  • Build, develop and maintain a strong relationship with the clients. Contact point of the client, including resolving client's complaints, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relation or related studies is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as you are required to process Mandarin language documents.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.

  • Develop marketing initiatives to drive mobile app adoption and engagement.
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Developing strategies to drive mobile traffic, increase App user acquisition and CRM (via push notification, in-app banners and etc).
  • Shape and drive public awareness, market demand and business growth on mobile app acquisition.
  • Measures and reports performance of all mobile marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Responsible for mobile app customer interaction strategy and roadmap to achieve an optimal user experience.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing turns into customers, and continually refine our process to grow the leads volume and improve the conversion rate.
  • Engage external stakeholders to optimize mobile app utilization.
  • Continuously optimize App function, manage App assets, and update content according to user preference.

  • Responsible for data extraction and analysis to generate daily report and weekly report for management use.

Requirements:-

  • Complete the prescribed or promised sales volume indicators, and provide customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and thoughtful service.
  • To handle various business tasks, able to: actively contact, ask for instructions beforehand, report afterwards, be loyal to your duties, and act honestly.
  • Responsible for signing sales contracts with customers, supervising the normal performance of the contracts as scheduled, and dunning the owed sales receivables (Service Proposal, BRD, Agreement).
  • Help or contact relevant departments or units to properly solve the problems and procedures that customers have to go through in the process of sales and use.
  • Collect first-line marketing information and user opinions, and put forward reference opinions (RFI) on the company's marketing strategy, advertising, after-sales service, product improvement, new product development, etc.
  • Fill in relevant sales forms, and submit sales analysis and summary reports.
  • Follow up and collect in accordance with the provisions of the contract, report, ask for instructions and deal with problems in time.
  • Develop new customers, maintain good relationships and lasting contacts with customers, and constantly develop business channels.
  • Responsible for the results of the business indicators assigned by management.
