Job Description:

  • Involve in full spectrum of recruitment activities, from job posting, profile screening, phone interview, interview and onboarding.
  • Responsible to prepare and submit recruiting and executive summary of recruiting metrics such as hires, open, closed, filled and on hold requisitions, retention, and turnover stats to management.
  • Responsible to develop analysis and strategy report for regional recruitment, ensure to provide support to region office to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with operations leaders to ensure short term and long term business requirements are met.
  • Develop and utilize various recruitment channel such as job portal and social media space to attract and recruit the best talents.
  • Manage well relationship with third party vendor, including local manpower agencies and foreign worker agencies.
  • Oversee recruitment related activities including employee referrals, university relations, internships, campus recruitment and all new initiatives launched by the recruitment team.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing members of HR Department as they perform their duties.
  • Assisting in all HR function including recruitment, sourcing, screening, key in data, assist in phone calling, arranging interview session with potential candidates, provide orientation / training and etc.
  • Assisting HR member in planning any Company's event.
  • Assisting for ad hoc tasks/project assigned.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferred skill(s): Willing to travel, fast learner, well organizational skills, responsible and multi-tasking.
  • Internship position(s) for duration of 3 to 6 month(s).
  • Internship intake on December 2021 onwards.
  • Working location: J&T Express Penang Branch Office (Seberang Jaya)
  • Contract length: Minimum 3 months

 

  • Review, formulate, develop and implement Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Attend to all disciplinary issues, staff counselling & grievances, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with labour laws.
  • Work with HR Manager & Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current and up to date.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
  • Responsible for all Industrial Relations activities for the Company, including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling and staff misconduct.
  • Conduct Domestic Enquiry and supervising matters to IR/ER and upholding natural justice in dealing with the employee.
  • Responsible for reviewing the IR manual and Company’s related policies procedure.
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees might encounter.
  • Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
  • Negotiating collective bargaining deals between employer and employee.
  • Managing dispute resolutions involving management, employees or government, agencies, etc.
  • Ensuring HR staff is knowledgeable about Company’s policies and comply to it. Conduct road show / training if necessary.
  • Advise Company on legislation procedure.
  • Creating and revising documents/forms.
  • Preparing documentation regarding labour relations assignments.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Human Resource, Psychology, Legal qualification or equivalent and specializing in IR need to apply.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related scope will be required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with good attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
  • In depth knowledge of employment legislations.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia.

  • Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for a company.
  • Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources.
  • Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.
  • Supervise inspectors, supervisor, and other staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures.
  • Perform data warehouse analysis, reports.
  • To establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
  • Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade.
  • Proffer recommendations to company management on ways to improve on existing quality processes.
  • Set and enforce standards for safety during work operations.
  • Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quality Engineering, Science & Technology, Data Science or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCAD software, quality analysis, document control, statistical data analysis, ability to execute training, basic lean management principle and 6S.
  • Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Have own transport and willing to work in Ampang

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR department.
  • Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions, including developing job descriptions, screen resume, schedule interviews and process application form.
  • Provide assistance to the training activities, such as conducting new hire orientation.
  • Provide assistance to the payroll team.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Independent and good communication skills.
  • A good team player, proactive and self- motivated.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
  • Minimum internship period: 3 months
