J&T Express is conducting a survey to collect data pertaining to experience and consumer satisfaction towards service rendered by courier service providers.

Job Descriptions: -

  • Liaises with customers, related department or management queries, regarding requested claims.
  • Responsible for daily assigned task in respect of Claims & Arbitration in timely manner and within the Company’s claims manual and related policies and guidelines.
  • Perform verification & investigation checks on claims following company’s standard policies and operation procedures.
  • Process claims and complete within timeline given (TAT).
  • Responsible to handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternative within stipulated time given for resolution.
  • Forward appropriate claims /arbitration to finance department for payment/fine processes.
  • Maintain confidential claims information including correspondence with sensitive information in all platforms.
  • Managed all types of correspondence preparing, reviewing, respond and sending memos, letters, emails, reports, applications, and forms related to claims.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any fields.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in claim process & Customer Service is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Must have knowledge in insurance matter related to claim.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent in problem solving skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.

Job Descriptions: -

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns.
  • Resolve customer’s enquiries effectively and efficiently to meet customer’s expectation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Handling Company CRM Systems.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • Professional communication both written and verbal.
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Required skill: Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving techniques.
  • Must be willing to work during weekends & public holiday.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
